The Knife + Planningtorock + Mt. Sims

This morning The Knife released Colouring of Pigeons, a track part of their collaboration with Planning to Rock and Mt. Sims. The collaboration will eventually end up as the music for Danish performance group Hotel Pro Forma's opera based on Darwin's On the Origin of the Species.

Colouring of Pigeons has some signature Knife sounds but definitely does sound more like a score than a regular song. Either way, the collaboration between this group of artists is sounding great so far and I can't wait to hear more!

Check it out for yourself! (and as a bonus Planningtorock's Hiding Where I'll Find Me)

Only THE KNIFE could make an 11 minute long pop song that keeps my attention the entire time. So good! Thanks for posting/Tweeting this (the latter is how I managed to jam out to it at work this afternoon).
